Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the WiiCharge mobile application and related services for finding, starting, managing and paying for electric vehicle charging.
1. Provider
The service is provided by WiiGO Technology LTD, company number 207258869, registered address: 21 Lozenska planina Str., 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: office@wiigo.teleport.bg, +359 89 988 88 49.
2. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for accurate account data, securing your phone and email, and activity from your active devices. A one-time login code is personal and must not be shared.
3. Charging
The app displays accessible stations, connectors, indicative prices and statuses. Charging depends on station communication, network connectivity and vehicle condition. Follow the instructions at the station and in the app. Do not use damaged equipment.
4. Prices and payments
The applicable price and additional fees are shown before a session where available and are calculated from charging-session data. Card payments are handled by an external payment provider. WiiCharge does not store the full card number or security code. You must maintain a valid card and sufficient funds.
5. Wallet and subscriptions
When enabled, wallet and subscription plans operate under the terms, price, coverage and period shown when selected. Changes, renewals and cancellations take effect as displayed in the app. Unused included quantities do not roll over unless the specific plan expressly says otherwise.
6. RFID, Autocharge and fleet vehicles
These features are available only when enabled for the relevant account, tenant, station and vehicle. You are responsible for blocking a lost RFID credential and removing any vehicle or device you no longer control.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, manipulate stations, payments or measurements, interfere with other users, or use the service unlawfully. We may temporarily restrict an account or feature for security risks, unpaid amounts, fraud or misuse.
8. Availability and liability
We use reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of every station or third-party service. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, we are responsible only for direct and foreseeable loss caused by our breach.
9. Termination
You may request account deletion in the app or by contacting us. Active sessions, unpaid amounts, subscriptions and legally required records must be settled or retained before closure.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Bulgarian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
